Here’s the error in red that is displayed in the console when trying to disply the home page of the site, designed with SiteOrigin Page Builder and including MetaSlider sliders.

Hello @kbat82,

I contacted them this morning too.

The error I can see: a very long loading time and at the end a blank page.

After investigating, I found out that there is a conflict between Meta Slider Add-On and Page Builder plugins now. I just deactivated all plugins and the issue reappeared when I reactivated MetaSlider – Pro Add-on Pack.

I just updated to

Metaslider – Version 3.10.3
Add-on pack – Version 2.12

Unfortunately, nothing changed. The issue is still the same.

Hello Kevin,

The only release I can see is the version 3.9.1 and 2.7.1 on my two sites

Moreover, I need to enter my customer login and a password to get an access to plugin updates on my sandbox site.
Which is not the case on my production site.

What is my customer login: my email address?
If yes, I can’t connect with the same credentials that I use to access to my Metaslider account.

Is there something I don’t understand?

Hello chaosthunder,

Just to let you know I got the same issue with W3 Total Cache.
W3TC makes the cache persist and no update can get launched on the web.

I de activated the plugin, expecting to see a solution that could fix this issue in the future as W3TC is the Cache plugin that makes my website the fastest.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for this valuable thread of discussion.

Same issue for me today. I ran a scan with Anti-Malware by Eli.

WPCoreSys detected as a malware and deleted.

I also deleted the posts anonymously created via WPCoreSys (mainly posts about torrent files that were not displayed before deleting WPCoreSys).

Everything is now back and up and running.

Reports such as Quick Stats Report are no more able to correctly count the number of Users Online, the number of visitors or visits

Just to tell you I have the same issue since yesterday.
Can you confirm if:
1 – Your Ability to manage Users is restristed (Unability to save some fields of the user profile as an Admin)
2 – Your Ability to upload new Images is prohibited
3 – Unability to create a new account as a user
