There may be a setting for the site path somewhere in the theme options. They probably can help in the theme’s forum here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/sydney/.

You might want to try systematically deactivating plugins and testing image upload until you identify which one may be causing the problem.

If you have an image re-sizer or thumbnail regenerator plugin, start with those.

If you purchased the domain at WordPress.com you need to point your nameservers on the domain to bluehost.

For fun I went over to the wordpress.com support to see if they had anything on the WordPress app and found this.
It looks like the WordPress app doesn’t have offline support so your post may not be in the cache.

It may be possible so don’t delete the cache for the mobile just yet. I don’t think I’m the right person to answer the question at this point.

If you didn’t connect to the server before deleting, it would never have made it to the database. I’m not sure how mobile handles trash. Did you look in the trash on your mobile?

Is this for WordPress.com? If so, you may want to head over to support

In self-hosted WordPress, you can look in the trash for deleted posts.

Oh- you could also check on https://www.whoishostingthis.com. Then you might be able to call them and sort it out.

Or maybe you can look on the person’s computer or company email for the login info?

Check with your billing/accounting dept. They’ll know who got paid for it.

When you started your website , you had to buy a place to put the files. This would be a company like godaddy, hostgator, bluehost, dreamhost, etc. Something like that. Did you purchase a hosting plan with one of those companies, or one like it?
