Tried resetting theme, then deactivated plugins, and also renamed plugin folder names but still not working. Getting same error..

POST …/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 ()
load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,moxiejs,plupload&ver=4.9.5:4

One more thing to add, I am getting same error on my other blog also.. there I am trying to add <pre> tag.
