Just deactivate any cache plugin. It will work.
Then, copy the css code at the footer, empty the cache and activate the cache plugin again.

One comment with the new 2.1.0 version, the Live API key field is always empty contrary to the Test ones. I thought I had to enter the keys again, when in fact the keys are just hidden, not missing. Maybe you can fill this empty field with dots, because it is confusing.

I notice the same behavior. In my WooCommerce general Tax Settings, all my prices are tax including, but with Flexible Shipping I must enter the shipping cost free of tax. I manage to get around.

FYI, I don’t have this behavior with the premium version. All shipping methods are displayed and conform to their selected positions.

I have just bought the new premium version and, so far, it seems to work just fine !

It seems that the newer version of Woocommerce selects by default the cheapest method, ignoring any manual order. The former method was better regarding this issue.
Perhaps you will have to rewrite your plugin, letting WC to set up the zones, and we fill in, inside each of these zones, the shipping fields in text format as usual. So that we can add other shipping method, and all shipping methods and shipping plugins will work together.
Today, OIK Shipping can only be used alone in WC.

After few tests, I can’t add a free local pick-up to the premium version. Because it is free, it is always selected by default. I can’t change this order.
I am stuck.

Yes it works if you use it as the only shipping method.

So far, the option to prioritize or sort shipping methods has disappeared in WC 2.6. If you use the new shipping zone (for example to add “local pick-up”), then, “local pick-up” will be selected has the default shipping method. This is not what I want.

This plug-in must be updated to become part of the shipping methods included with the shipping zone, somehow.

I bought the premium version of the plugin and the behavior is the same. But, with the premium version, I can add several shipping methods, including standard mail and express mail. Now, I have to add a third one, for example local pick-up or free shipping, etc.

So, for both the free and the paid version, it works, provided it is the only and sole shipping method used.

As you wrote previously, writing some codes in the functions.php file is working perfectly.

I confirm this with also the behavior problem.

I have written this review too soon. I would have removed at least one or two stars. The plugin author is not giving any support or at least not a single answer to the Support forum, giving the impression that the plugin is abandoned. For a first release, it is yet full of promise but with lots of tiny bugs that really need to be solved. 6 months without any updates (at least to edit the most obvious bugs) confirm the abandoned status.
If you are interested in the premium/paid version, I suggest you wait to see how the plugin author will consider these issues or see the competition (there is another similar one with an active developer).
