Hi.
Thank you for your response, but I don’t quite understand what you mean about the question of hiding the categories. Maybe I didn’t explain myself well when I raised the issue. We don’t want the categories to be hidden. Simply, the issue is that we have detected that with the update of the “Hide Category by User Role for WooCommerce” plugin to version 2.0.2, the product category menu that WooCommerce shows on the category pages appears incorrect.
The menu only shows the category of the page you are on, and the rest of the menu with the other categories and subcategories is not shown (which is what you see in the image that I indicated in my previous message). Now, the plugin is working with version 2.0.1 and the menu is displayed correctly, as you can see on this page that gave an example https://petitsanimals.com/categoria-producto/alimentacion/
Thank you. ángel.
Hi, Pulak
Always thanks to you
Yes, three months ago I wrote my review. You can see it here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/a-great-plugin-and-team/
But if I change something in the review now and that is good for you, tell me and I will do it.
Wow, now it′s working perfectly.
Thank you very much.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Layout errors with user not logged inThe object cache was already disabled.
On the other hand, where, and when, should “x-litespeed-cache: miss” appear? I’ve refreshed the page and looked in the code but I don’t see it.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Layout errors with user not logged inActually, I didn’t change anything in the setting configuration. That is, my hosting includes the Litespeed Caché service, and this plugin is installed and activated from the Hosting itself. But I didn’t touch anything in your settings before writing to you.
I wanted to take the opportunity to ask another question. If I can. If not, you tell me and I’ll open another ticket. We have scheduled a content update so that a specific piece of information is displayed every hour on a page on our website. But with Litespeed activated, when that time arrives and the page is refreshed, that data is not refreshed. To do this you have to purge the page cache. Is there any way for that update to be done when refreshing the page?
Thank you.

In reply to: [Timed Content] Does it work with Elementor?I’m sorry, it was my mistake. I had not entered the time zone code, and that is why the content was not displayed.
Thank you.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Layout errors with user not logged inWow, now it seems to work. I can’t believe that was the problem. Thank you very very much. We will check that everything is fine, but it seems to be working correctly.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Layout errors with user not logged inExcuse me, what do I have to reset to default settings? The CDN? The CDN only has one switch to turn it on and off.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Layout errors with user not logged inWe have disabled the CDN but the problem persists

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Layout errors with user not logged inWhen littleSpeed cache is disabled, or when it is enabled and the user is logged in, the website is fine, as seen in the following image: https://ibb.co/54zD0h9
But if littleSpeed cache is activated and you enter the website without being logged in, the website looks like this: https://ibb.co/P9wZWjs
As you can see, comparing the images, the menu area and the cookie notice, they are not visible with littleSpeed cache activated. We do not know if there may be more problems, but what we have detected is that these two elements, menu and cookie notice, are not visible.

CSS Combined and JS Combined were already off.
Yes. For the moment we have completed a review of the documentation and we are seeing something that could be affecting us on our website. Thank you very much.
