First of all, thank you for the response. I didn’t use any anti-virus software in my system and for confirmation, I checked it on two of my friend’s systems. They face the same issue I mentioned before.
Also, even if I can’t use the download button from the mail, I can use the link to download the doc by pasting it on a new tab. But the downloaded sheet is blank. There are no data inside it.
Please provide if there is any other way to solve if.
I’ve the same issue when I updated the plugin to v1.36.1. But when I go through this forum, you mentioned to update the plugin to the latest (v1.36.3) and it’ll be fixed, but it’s the same way before.
Please provide a better solution to solve this issue.

When I checked the link you provided through the forum, it seemed to be working fine with multiple browsers, and I didn’t see any messages like “Please wait while your request is being verified.”
Normally the message “Please wait while your request is being verified” comes with Cloudflare. Do you have a firewall on it? You can use the following links for a reference to solve the issue “https://community.cloudflare.com/t/website-problem-please-wait-while-your-request-is-being-verified/518366“.
Also, please switch your network and try again once more.
Please provide a bit more details (like screenshots/screen recorder) the next time you face the issue.

I have observed that when I revert the plugin to its older version (v3.4.1), the issue gets resolved.However, we can’t keep using the older version because it’s flagged as vulnerable.
Our site uses a custom theme, and as far as I know, there were no compatibility issues with the plugin during my last check.
Could you please investigate the Style List blocks feature associated with this plugin? I’m encountering problems with that block and its styling.
We have this plugin installed on other sites as well, where we haven’t used this specific block, and the sites are working fine with the latest version of the plugin.

I updated the plugin to the current latest version (v4.2.4), but the issue that I mentioned earlier still occurs.
This plugin’s updates conflict with the working of the Elastic Email Sender plugin. When I roll back the plugin to the previous version (v4.2.1), the issue is sorted.

Yes, I meant this plugin clashes with the Elastic Email Sender plugin.
When I updated the Starter Template plugin to version 4.2.3, we got an error: “wp_mail has been declared by another process or plugin, so you won’t be able to use Elastic Email Sender until the problem is solved”.
Our client didn’t receive any mail when the error showed. The issue was sorted when I rolled back the plugin’s version to the older one (4.2.1).
I didn’t test it with the current version of the plugin 4.2.4. I hope it solves the issue that I mentioned above.- This reply was modified 10 months, 1 week ago by PRABIN M.
