First, thank you for the videos. The first explained something I wasn’t aware of.
But to my situation, I’ve been using customized templates. Typically, a template means you create it once and then use it repeatedly. But with Gutenverse templates, there doesn’t seem to be a “replaceable photo” option for a template. Maybe I’m doing things all wrong, But I need to have the same look and functionality on each displaying page, but with a different photo and text, identical to what you did with pages.
Look at how I did it for the counselors. I had to create a separate template for each individual page, in order for it to come out right. I know that’s the long way to do it. But now I need to do something similar for the Services. I don’t need a huge stock photo, just the little one that’s on the front page (some of these are getting changed).
Isn’t there a way to create just the framework as a template, and then when you’re designing a custom page using that template, you just click to fill the photo and then enter the text for that particular page?
