You should upload capabilities.php and pluggable.php to wp-includes folder again. Also, verify file size after you upload both the files.

I am getting 404 error. Both your site and blog are giving 404 error.

It seems the file /home/www/careffects/catalog/wp-includes/functions.php is corrupted. You should reinstall file to same location. After installation you should verify that file size on your computer and web server is the same.

1] Step 1: Open index.php [template file] in your favorite editor.

If you have installed blog in the directory /blog/ & are using default wordpress theme the file index.php is located at
https://www.yoursitename.com/blog/wp-content/themes/default/

OR
If you have installed blog in root directory & are using default wordpress theme the file index.php is located at
https://www.yoursitename.com/wp-content/themes/default/

2] Locate the loop

<?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>

3] Add <?php the_author() ?> at appropriate location

Check for the presence of the file admin-functions.php in
the directory wp-admin

You are saying that all files are uploaded correctly. Did you check whether the file size on your PC and your web host is the same?

Plugins are to be installed in the directory https://www.yoursitename.com/blog/wp-content/plugins and NOT in https://www.yoursitename.com/blog/

Category is already displayed before key/value pair.

This is how the post looks:

Post Title
Post Body
Posted in Developer, Customer Services | Location: UK, USA

Clicking on the category name [i.e. Developer or Customer Services] shows list of posts within that category.

I want to show list of posts by location. If a user clicks on UK it should show all posts for UK & if he clicks on USA it should show all posts [in this case jobs] for USA and so on.

I hope I was able to explain properly.
