Featured Image works most of the time, sometimes even after publishing it is not getting attached, we need to open the post and click on Update.
We are using Amazon Cloudfront CDN for images.

I have another query, we want to disable the timestamp folder, will it impact existing posts images or from now onwards will the photos save in month folder. Hope this won’t create any issue.

Can I have your email ID, so that I can send the screenshot.

Page Cache = Disabled
Minify = Enabled
Opcode Cache = Enabled
Database Cache = Disabled
Object Cache = Enabled
Browser Cache = Disabled

When I enabled Page Cache, I have enabled these
Cache Posts Page = Yes
Don’t Cache Front Page = Yes
Cache SSL = Yes
Cache Preload = No
Purge Policy = Yes for (front page, Posts page, Post Comments Page, Post author page, Post terms page, Blog Feed) rest all are unchecked.

Yes I have purged the cache.
We got another issue today and due to this we are thinking of deactivating W3 Total.
We had huge traffic on website, 4000 users were preset at a time and site was not loading from cache. Due to which CPU spiked and site crashed.

Hi Mark,
Even after enabling the options which you suggested, I still see home page is not getting reflected with new posts.
Another issue when I enable Page Cachr, it is showing almost 12 hours old posts on the home page. My website is a news website so we post news once in every 5 mins.

Issue got fixed.
In Amazon AI General Settings, we updated Post type from Posts to Post

Hi,

I did not update the Plugin, the Plugin version is 3.0.
We installed the Plugin on Feb 2nd, it worked for couple of days and after that I dont see the Play button on our website.

I have checked all settings and they are fine.
However when I try to delete the Plugin, it is not getting deactivated nor deleted.
I checked Apache logs and did not find anything related to Polly.
