Can you please disable any security plugins on your website and try again? Once you have connected, you can enable the plugins once again.

Thanks for your message. If the campaigns are loading fine when added manually, this looks more like the configuration issue with the Advanced ads plugin so I will recommend you to follow the instructions Henning kindly provided above and let us know here if that does not work.
