Hi, I tried to reduce the backup archive split size. It still failed to backup.

I contacted my host and they said they checked the error logs and there were no errors generated. and also the PHP values have been set to maximum.

Could you please check if there is any other way to resolve this issue?

Do you mean ‘split archives every’ option? I don’t see anything as ‘split backups every’.

How can I change these to black too?
