You can delete the .htaccess file and reset the permalink option again.

You have not updated your site correctly. Some files are missing. That’s why you are getting this kind of error.

Delete below folder and files and upload new one. Download from www.ads-software.com

wp-includes
wp-admin
and all file which are on the root except .htaccess and wp-config.php
