I don’t use legacy API but Can not use HPOS?because it’s not supported for the payment gateway plugin we use.

For Conflict test I have tested it with both 9.0.2 and 9.1.4. I have tested it with the disabling all plugin apart from woo related, like payment , shipping etc.

For theme I have tested it with my custom theme and also with the twentytwentyfour theme. In both case speed was same, with twenty four theme it was slightly faster but that is also when you open page again and again that it’s noticeable speed diffrent around max 1 sec.

Admin panel was working fine till version 8.5.5 after that it was getting slow after updates after update till latest version

What my questions is when I downgrade Woocommerce version DO I need to update DB version ??

Yes I have done conflict test it did not help with the speed.

When I downgrade woocommerce version from 9.0.2 to 8.9.3 it not asking for any kind of DB updates. Usually when I update it to latest version it asks for Woocommerce DB update.

It was working fine and loading fast before with version 8.9.3 but now when I rolled back from 9.0.2 to 8.9.3 it is still slow, Do I need to do any thing for DB versions updates, I have manually downgrade the plugin version I have not used any plugin for that.

The working and faster loading version I has was 8.8.5 , than I have updated it to 9.0.2 after that issue starting to happen, admin side is really slow, so I also updated to latest version 9.1.4 and tested it, it is still slow.

There was some security update so I had, updated it to 8.8.5 – I got it from – https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/woocommerce.8.8.5.zip

After that I have updated it to 8.9.3 https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/woocommerce.8.9.3.zip, on this version also it was working fine. Than I have updated it to the version 9.0.2 this month and after that wp admin side and orders is really slow.

I understand what you have mentioned but how come it becomes slow after update of woocommerce plugin.

Till version 8.8.5 it was working and loading fast. When version was 8.8.5 we had 60k+ order that time too.

I have updated plugin to version 4.32.0 and it’s taking too much CPU time due to time out of at file – \yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation\includes\widgets\class-yith-wcan-navigation-widget.php – line 651

Hi,

I have reviewed the link you mentioned. I used to have Jetpack plugin but I removed it, so on site I don’t have jetpack plugin.

Do I need to have jetpack plugin to make sync and Product feed page to work ?

I have increased the php time limit and memory limit too, it still shows different error on loading Product feed page.

Hi,

I have added shipping zone changes as you have mentioned.

I have also increase time limit to 1200 and also tested memory limit up 8G.

I am still getting error on the logs and page feed tab is not loading and gives same error.

Hi I just checked memory_limit on server it is 1024M and others are more than you suggested, To check with only tow plugin activate it’s not possible since is live.

Is there a way I can find where it’s taking long for request in plugin so I can pinpoint the issue.

Hi In my google merchant account while doing plugin setup I have selected option to use woocommerce shipping details in merchant account.

On my merchant account it still asking for the shipping and returns details. please check the screenshot. Even in google merchant account it says it is handled?by woocommerce.

I have set the woocommerce shipping in my setting but on merchant account it does not show any information.

Please let me know what to do in this case?

Hi I have done the setup as you have suggested.

After setup when I go to the Google listing & ads page under > Product Feed tab it shows blank page after on popup error.

After load on screen it shows error message – “An error occurred while retrieving your product feed. Please try again later.”

Please let me know what can be the issue, I have also checked the logs and added below screenshot links for same details.
