Hey @laralorvan – Thanks for reaching out!
When you get a chance, can you please share a screenshot of the notification settings (form builder > Settings > Notifications) so I can take a closer look? In the meantime, I’d also suggest you to please take a look at the troubleshooting guide and let me know if that helps.
Kindly,
Hey @ozgurgedikli – Thanks for reaching out!
It seems that you’re using a 3rd party integration, it falls outside the scope of support we can offer. In this specific case, I’d suggest you please check with the plugin developer, and they should be able to assist you.
Kindly,

The summary email you’re seeing should contain a link to the website from where it’s getting generated. We have seen that if there’s a staging copy of the website hosted on a test server, it can generate the summary email even though on the live website the option is disabled.
When you have some time, can you please click on the link and check if it’s coming from a different source where the option needs to be disabled?
Kindly,

Hey @zerozendesign and @arneb – Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the trouble!
The developers are aware of this bug, and are working to fix the issue. In the meantime you can install WPForms version 1.8.4.1 and that should help fix the issue.
Having said that, in case you’d require additional and you have an active WPForms license, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks!

I tested the form on iPhone and on Samsung (using BrowserStack), and in my testing the form appears to be working fine. In case the issue is still there, can you please share the steps I can follow to replicate the issue?

Submit button: To customize the submit button style, you can take a look at the snippet that’s shared in our doc here.
Text size of error message:
To change the validation message size, you can use following CSS:
.wpforms-container .wpforms-form em.wpforms-error { font-size: 18px !important; }
And in case it helps, here’s a tutorial on how to add custom CSS like this to your site.
Hope this helps!

Hey @ma3ry – Thanks for contacting us!
We don’t currently have a way to easily make emails more compact, though this is on our radar to consider options for in the future.
In case it helps, though, I have a couple of alternative ideas that might work for you:
1) You could consider using a CSV file instead of emails for printing. A CSV can be opened in a spreadsheet program like Excel (for more readable formatting), and that way entries are in the most compact form possible.
You can automatically send CSV attachments with your email notification by enabling our Entry CSV Attachments feature.
If you’d like to give this a shot, here’s our tutorial on using Entry CSV Attachments
2) We have a compact option if you’re printing entries from the WordPress admin area (). To use this, you’d open an individual entry’s page, click Print in the right sidebar, then select Compact View
3) You could manually reformat the message body. This can take some effort upfront, but ultimately provides a lot of control. You could do this by building out the notification content in a more customized way using regular text, HTML, and Smart Tags. In case it helps, here’s a couple of screenshots of an example:
It’s worth noting that, unlike the {all_fields} Smart Tag, this approach will not filter out empty fields (they will just appear blank).
I apologize that this isn’t quite what you were looking for, but hopefully one of these options could work for you.
If you have any questions about this or anything else, could you please let me know?
Thanks! ??
