I imported the form on my dev setup, and with the Ajax form submission enabled, I was able to submit the form on desktop and mobile. When you get a chance, please take a look at our troubleshooting guide and let us know how it goes as I suspect there might be some conflict going with Ajax submission and theme or a plugin.

This issue was fixed in our 1.8.1.3 update. When you get a chance, please update the plugin to our latest version (1.8.4.1) as this issue is no longer there.
