Hey @temak – Thanks for following up on this ticket. I’m Prashant filling in for Ralden.
When you have some time, can you please share the page URL where the form is embedded so I can take a look? In the meantime, could you please try and disable the Anti-Spam feature in the form builder > Settings > Spam Protections and Security, and see if that helps? Here’s a screenshot. If it works, you can use the other spam protection tools that we offer.
In case the issue is still there, please try the steps we’ve shared in our Troubleshooting doc and let me know how it goes.
Kindly,

Hey @rockinaway – Thanks for reaching out!
I see that you’ve embedded the form on this page. I tried submitting the form on my mobile device, and I was able to submit. Here’s a screenshot.
When you have sometime, can you please share if there’s any specific form where you’re facing the submission issue?

It seems that there’s some conflict going on that causing the issue. When you get a chance, please try testing for plugin conflict and see if that fixes the issue.

The option to select countries is part of the phone field that’s available in the paid version of WPForms.
Could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?
You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.
I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.ads-software.com support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!
Thanks ??

Hey @blachina – We’d be happy to help!
Since the entry management is part of the paid version of WPForms, it seems that you are using the paid version. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks!

Hey @asif_rn – Thanks for reaching out!
I looked into the website, and I was able to replicate the issue on my end wherein I noticed “Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.”. I see that you’ve mentioned testing for plugin conflict and disabling minification etc. In this case, to help you fix the issue, I’d need some help.
I see that you’re using the Autoptimize plugin. When you get a chance, can you please enable the default WordPress theme, and also disable the Autoptimize plugin?I also see that you’re using Cloudflare CDN. Could you please temporarily disable Cloudflare CDN. Once you’ve made the above changes, please et me know as that will help me to take a closer look.
Kindly,
