In reply to: [Woo Manage Fraud Orders] Blacklisted E-Mails can still place ordersHi @beats247 ,
Thanks for the detailed info.
The “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway” indeed modifies the default behavior of the woo commerce “Place order” click. I am sure the case is with the “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” plugin too.
“WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway” shows the popup before validating the checkout fields with JavaScript. As you mentioned, “woo manage fraud orders” shows the blocking message after user enters paypal details because that’s where my plugin comes into action.
Anyway, I will definitely consider to address compatibility issues with those plugins in near future.
Thanks

Thanks for trying out the plugin.
This plugin definitely blocks the place order by emails. However, when some plugin customizes the behavior of “place order”, it may not work in expected way.
Would you please the name of the plugins you are using for integration of the PayPal and Credit card payment methods.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Woo Manage Fraud Orders] Only Use Manual BlacklistingHi
I don’t reckon using the any message like “You have too many failed order attempts. Please contact us if this was a mistake.” within this plugin.
Anyway, one way of disabling the automatic blocking is by setting the max number of allowed fraud attempts to very high like 99999.
Thanks

In reply to: [Woo Manage Fraud Orders] Block via order statusThanks for trying out the plugin.
The number “5” as shown in the screenshot is used in different scenario. For payments like credit card, customer might use declined cards or any fraudulent cards. For such case, woo commerce creates the order in backend and markes them as failed. If customer tries 5 such failed attempts, then they will be blocked automatically.
And incase of your RTO status blocking, it will block even if it found one such previous order.
And at last, thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely keeps in list for coming updates.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Woo Manage Fraud Orders] Blank Screen After BlacklistingHi @qpmartin
Thanks for trying out the plugin.
It seems you are having compatibility issues with some of the other plugins / themes. I can’t pin point exactly without having the access to your site.
Please try to debug the issue by disabling some of the plugins or switching back to the default theme.
Please send me the email at [email protected] if the issue still persists. Thanks

In reply to: [Woo Manage Fraud Orders] Blacklisted customers can still orderHi,
Thanks for trying out the plugin. For black listing by name to work, you should make sure to enable the setting “Allow blacklist by Name ?”. If this doesn’t help, I will more than happy to look into the issue if you provide the necessary credentials.
Thanks.
