As of now, This plugin doesn’t have function to block the orders by email domains. However, I will keep in mind of your suggestion and add that in next update of the plugin very soon.

Please use the ( ctrl + click ) to deselection. I also faced this problem initially however i figured out later.

May be i will change this select option with checkbox feature in later updates. For now, please use the (ctrl + click) option to deselect the selected option.

PS. Please don’t forget to review the plugin. It motivates to keep maintaining the plugin.

Thanks for trying out the plugin. Can you try out the debugging the issues with other plugins uninstalled because sometimes there might be some compatibility issues with other plugins or you can try out with default WP themes.

The mentioned issue has been fixed in the updated version of the plugin.
And for the option to individual turn on/off blacklist parameter, i will be releasing major update to the plugin in near future. Thanks for this suggestion.

I personally tested the above mentioned issues regarding number of fraud attempts and blocking the checkout process and it is working fine in my test machine.

For debugging the issue in your site, you can follow the following procedures

1. Testing by enabling only necessary plugins (woo commerce, may be CC related plugin and this plugin alone)
2. Enabling the default theme (May be twenty twenty theme)
3. Clearing out all the browser cookies because fraud attempts are being monitored using browser cookies.
4. Or testing in private mode of browsers.

Note: Better if you do the testing in development version of your site.

Please be sure that the message “orders have been affected by bulk blacklisting” was only the notification and were not having any affect on functionalities part. Of course that message was supposed to be displayed only when selecting “Bulk customer” as bulk action, but due to some conditional logic mistake, it was being displayed for every other bulk actions as well. However, i want to make sure that that was just the message.

By the way, the above minor issue has been fixed with latest update. You can update the plugin to latest version.

Last not the least, honest plugin review would be appreciated.

The 500 error you have mentioned above is not the known error with this plugin. May be there is some conflicts with other plugins or may be any other issue.

I suggest to debug the issue by deactivating all the plugins except woocommerce and this plugin and alsoby using the default WP twentyseventeen theme.
