- Task popup not loading: There is a caching issue on your site. We recommend reaching out to your hosting support to ensure there are no caching mechanisms that is interfering. Once the cache issue is fixed, we will be able to add the changes needed to support your theme.
- Task not loading: This can happen due to changes in page structure. I’ve shared detailed steps with you over the support channel on how to remap tasks. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance with this process.
Regarding your comment about the plugin working only in a controlled environment with specific themes and plugins, I want to clarify that our plugin is designed to be flexible and compatible with a wide range of environments. The primary issue here seems to be related to caching on your site, which can affect the plugin’s functionality. Ensuring there are no caching mechanisms interfering with the plugin could significantly improve its performance.

Glad to know you are looking forward to using our plugin.
You can use our plugin to get client feedback and use our app to connect with Airtable. All the data apart from settings are stored in our centralized database hence adding support for Airtable or Zapier inside the plugin won’t be useful. But our app has support for major integrations including Zapier from which you can connect to Airtable. The app allows you to manage feedback from all sites in one place.
With the help of our free version, you can get familiar with plugin and app functionalities and then you can upgrade which will get you access to the integrations with different platforms including Zapier.
The direct integration with Airtable is already on the road map but I would suggest adding a Feature request here and getting as many upvotes as possible to push it forward.

Hey, there Fabio,
We have released V3.10 which is an optimized version compared to the previous one. We have reduced 1 API call and have further optimized it for the non-logged-in user experience. It used to take an additional 1-2 seconds when the Guest mode is disabled but now it’s fixed as well.
Our team is making efforts to make it further optimized. This is a continuous process and we will always keep our eye on it.

Just wanted to share a small update with you.
We have reduced 1 API call and have optimized the remaining 2 APIs. We are expecting it to save at least 2 seconds. The changes are not released yet but we are expecting it to go live by coming Tuesady.
We will update you asap it’s released so that you can test and share the result with us.
