Sorry for the delay response. OK below are the information but if you check the plugin you can easily find out the issue there.

• FluentSMTP Version: 2.2.90
• PHP Version: 8.1.22 (Supports 64bit values)
• WordPress Version: 6.7.2
• Browser:?I have checked in FireFox and Chrome. I think all browser have issue.

So the first time the email log is not showing up when we click on it. Email content shows black in popup. It shows when we click on another email log or do prev / next via email log popup.

I have created a test shortcode to display the WordPress default posts with the_content() function. Below is the code

You can see there is a post in which I have added the Button element via Beaver Builder. Please refer to this screenshot https://prnt.sc/vbJ9ADERLMR0

Now in I have added the shortcode in a page to display the posts. Post is coming but you can see that post’s content created via Beaver builder is not rendering properly. It should render properly because there is a the_content() function.

Sorry for my late response.

I think you did not get my query correctly. I am using the Beaver Builder Lite Version.

The issue is that which I have mentioned above. FAQ plugin have the_content but still Beaver Builder content is not going to be rendered.

I have already read the article https://docs.wpbeaverbuilder.com/beaver-builder/troubleshooting/debugging/known-beaver-builder-incompatibilities/ which says you have to use the_content() with WordPress loop to make the Beaver Builder work.

FAQ plugin is already using it but still Beaver Builder content is not working there.

Kindly forget the FAQ plugin, You can create any shortcode which display the post and its content with the_content function and place it via Beaver Builder. You can easily create this scenario.

Note : The page in which shortcode is added is not built with Beaver Builder then it works properly but if page is created with Beaver Builder and shortcode is added then issue generates.

If you want then I can create the staging website and we can take a look at there.

Thanks for your patience. Plugin is just updated to latest version 3.1.4 with Gutenberg range control issue.

Kindly update to latest version and check with it. I hope your problem will be solved.

The icon ‘edd-icon edd-icon-check’ is coming from the template function ‘edd_get_purchase_link’.

File location is : /easy-digital-downloads/includes/template-functions.php

The above icon can not be changed via templating method but there is a filter named ‘edd_purchase_download_form’. With the help of this filter you can write your custom code and replace the SVG icon with your Fa icon.

Thanks for the web site link. I have checked it and found that there is a page template settings with Blog page.

In blog page the page width is 1300px bound while on other pages there is no width. Kindly check your theme settings and page template setting.

After EDD 3.X the download name is going to be save in a table PREFIX_edd_order_items. It will not take download name on a runtime.

If you want to chnage then you can simply change it in above Database or you can use edd_get_download_name( $product_id ) in a respective template.
