Can you tell me from where u deleted your theme. i mean to say if you deleted from Dashboard then it may be replaced by default theme and site should run properly with default theme.

but if u removed from ftp then in that case WordPress will set theme to default.

so tell us what exactly you did.

I don’t think that Sitemap url should be visible on the site. in place of showing sitemap link on first page you should use Google Xml Sitemap plugin. and ya you can add your sitemap on ( https://www.google.com/webmaster )google webmaster tool.

my website is showing good seo results and even don’t have link of sitemap on any page.
