It is coming from your theme having class named .ast-container

@media (min-width: 769px){
    .ast-container {
        max-width: 1240px;
    }
}

You have to put tabs shortcode in full-width page or increase this max-width.

For this issue go to WordPress Admin Panel -> Plugins -> Plugin File Editor -> Select plugin to edit: choose Responsive Accordion And Collapse then click on select -> front -> ac-content.php -> at line number 80….check at this line is there target=”_blank” attribute…if it is then remove it then click on update button.

If it is not, then may be there is some conflict with theme/plugin…then please share your theme package so we can check your issue at our end.
