on my theme the plugin doesn’t prompt for email, i have configured it to ask for email before downloading debt budget template, which is basically an excel file, debt site, i have to disable the plugin anyone with a solution? any compatibility issues with other plugins? i am using genesis theme

I observed that in my site if i deactivate w3 total cache it works fine or else i have the same problem.
