Hi @beatrice12, thanks so much for getting back to me!

I ended up trying a second/different plugin, and encountered the exact same issue, so that was helpful news. Lots of Googling and I was no closer to an answer. Then I thought…maybe it’s the Elementor text editor. Sure enough! I had been using the text editor to add in the shortcode…it worked when I used the specific element for shortcodes ?? …sharing the details in case someone else encounters such an issue.

Also having this problem and it’s incredibly frustrating. Both WP and UM are latest versions. Admin nor members can’t view profiles, and the members directory is also not showing up, instead showing text: “We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.”

This was working fine as recent as a couple of weeks ago.
