are you exporting premium plgin data so it wont work in free version..you need to export free plugin data and then import it.please check it again.

as this works at our end so it may be due to conflict with other plugins or theme js/css so please try to deactivate other plugins one by one and see if it works or not..let us know about it.

you can restore using database also..and if you still hve tht server site from where you want to export it so click on tools > export > select colorbox..try to import it again.

you can do it by addid css which you already did..increase the height and width of the div of image.
