Can you please try changing the Settings of the Site Origin Page Builder and check if it helps? To change the settings: Dashboard > Settings > Page Builder > General > Parallax Type > Change “Modern” into “Legacy”. Hope this helps to fix this issue. Let us know if it didn’t work for you.

There are various reasons which might create conflict between plugin and theme CSS. One of the reasons might be a more specific selector takes precedence over a less specific one. Yes, the CSS we have provided above might work. Let us know if it didn’t work for you.

It seems bullets have been overridden by the autoptimize plugin. Please use this custom CSS below:
.category-press-releases li { list-style-type: disc !important; }To add custom CSS, Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Hope this helps to fix your issue.
