Thanks for using our theme. But this is not the theme issue. It belongs to the WordPress comment form. You can do the following here:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/comment_form#Examples

and it is the must_log_in field.

As you know, our theme does almost the header & footer builder. The content belongs to the Elementor or any page builder. It does not control by our theme, so I’m sorry but we don’t have the option to help you in this case.
