I’ve exhausted all avenues I can think of. This should be a simple fix but I spent too much time trying to figure it out.
Is there anyone from the IssueM moderators checking this forum?!

Thanks! I hope the IssueM team would help as well. I went as far as cloning the whole site on my local computer and tried to assign a cover image… but it didn’t work either. At this point, I’m not sure what else to try.

Thanks @knbdunlop for your response. I even tried different file formats from jpeg, gif, and png with very small size (about 4 kb) and still didn’t work. I wonder if it’s a code conflict with having the latest version of WordPress.

Thank you for your help. Your plugin wasn’t the culprit. The issue came back again even after I disabled WP Security. After much investigation, I found out that my host was having problems reading the way a caching plugin was compressing files. I turned that feature off and all is good.
I love your plugin –?it’s awesome! And thank you both for your quick responses.

It’s worth mentioning that image upload to the library is working fine.

I’ve just noticed that the site would load only if I empty the cache. But I have to do that every time I click to view another page. Is there a way to fix this issue because I can’t expect the users to do that every time they logged in to the back-end.
Any ideas?

This is a custom short code that was created by a third party. It generate a search form with prepopulated criteria.

I imposed a no time limit by changing it to 0 but the built is still being interrupted (screenshot here).
I was able to successfully create the package and installer files by filtering out the uploads folder. Is there a limit on size?

I have a single local site that is on my local machine. What is the process to upload this site to an already established multi-site wordpress server. Importing the xml file to the server isn’t working that well since the majority of the work that I’ve done is lost. would ftp be the best option? if so, to which folder on the multi-site server should I upload my local site’s wpcontent folder to ensure that the rest of the sites already existing on the server don’t get messed-up? I hope I expressed myself clearly.
