I wasn’t able to delete the folder, so couldn’t figure how to get rid of it. Luckily Go Daddy went in and deleted for me…wish I could have resolved it myself, but every time I high-lighted the file and hit delete, nothing happened. No option appeared for me to delete it, only to transfer it.

I was able to log on to my server, but how do I get rid of the corrupt statcounter?

I have the same problem. Unable to log into admin due to corrupt StatCounter update. I just downloaded FileZila, but I don’t understand how to log into FTP server. What do put in under “host” “user” and “password” and “port”?
