Check the new version of the plugin. We fix that and many others bugs ??
Unfortunately this version is not compatible with 0.3.x
But old pricing tables will appear as soon as you remove new 0.3.x version and install old 0.2.x

Unfortunately new 0.3.x version of the Pricing Table plugin doesn’t support an old 0.2.x ??
