2. Yes, you can integrate your own Google app with the plugin. There is an option on the plugin settings page that allows you to use any Google app of your choice instead of the one built into the plugin.

However, we are currently working on bringing back both the Gallery and CF7 integration to the free version. This update will be released in the next few days.

The popup player button could be customized from the player edit screen.
The button and the color both can be custoized and you can display button on any locations using the shortcode.

You can even use any custom button as a popup trigger.
Yoiu configure the popup triggers from the Settings > Popup Player Settings > Popup Triggers.
