In reply to: [LSX Zoho CRM Addon for Caldera Forms] Plugin is not passing on all leadsI won’t be much help, I’m afraid. I reached out to the developer over a month and half ago with my issue and no response, as you can see. Still having the same issue with no solution.
Same issue here. I have logged into at least a dozen client sites and ALL of them are having the same issue. I have to do a reconnection on everyone. Of course, this is a real PIA. How can we be assured it won’t pop up again. I’m not in these sites every single day so it could be a while before it gets noticed if it does. ??

In reply to: [Accept Stripe Payments] Some browsers don’t have an X to dismiss the popupSure. It’s happening here: https://bit.ly/2XbICwV
But, as I mentioned it is only occurring on certain browsers — most notably mobile devices and Edge. It seems to be intermittent on Chrome and Safari (half the time it’s working and half the time it’s not), which makes no sense to me. ??

In reply to: [Accept Stripe Payments] Some browsers don’t have an X to dismiss the popupHere is an example of what I mean: https://d.pr/i/wLqx5V
P.S. It also has the yellow bar that says the Wordfence installation is incomplete, but no matter how many times we have tried to make it complete it doesn’t.
Does this mean with the paid version it will show up in our order details towards the top of the page, like shown in your documentation?

In reply to: [Contact Form DB] Submitted Entries Are Not ShowingI had to roll Caldera back to 1.5.0.6 to get it working again. ??
BTW, Josh. Your plugin is super solid! I love it. Am just trying to decide which add-ons to purchase to go with it. ??
Thanks for the reply. And, for anyone that runs into this issue, it was a hosting issue for sure. Some hosts won’t allow .doc and .docx files for security reasons, I guess.

In reply to: [Caldera Forms - More Than Contact Forms] No Upload for Word Files?^^^ Interesting, thanks for that. I know it is allowed on my WordPress install, but I never thought to check with the hosting company. Would that still apply, even if the file isn’t going to be hosted on the server (i.e. in the media files), but just be an attachment to the email that is sent out?

In reply to: Fatal errorYup, most of my client sites are slowly rolling back up. Just a couple left, so I am guessing it won’t be long! ??

In reply to: Fatal errorSo no point in contacting them? (60 minute hold times…LOL) I am going to assume they will push the fixes to their servers across the board to fix this. I have almost a dozen clients sites (only those hosted with GoDaddy’s Managed WP Hosting) down right now. ??

In reply to: [Contact Form DB] All fields not showing upThanks for the response, Michael. I think I figured it out already. I am guessing each and every field in the form must have a unique title/label to register correctly. For instance, in my form I have several sections: Buyers section, Realtor section, Title Agent section and each section has the fields name, address, phone number, etc.
Only one name, address, etc. was getting registered in CFDB and it was really weird cause they would be mixed up…i.e. realtor’s name with buyer’s address and agent’s phone number. ??
In any event, I went back and renamed them to “realtor’s name”, “buyer’s name”, etc. and it seems to be registering all the info now.
So, I am guessing that was the problem? Am I right in deducing this?
