The size guide can be edited in the product edit page in wp-admin. Scroll down and you’ll find a text box with heading “size chart”. If you don’t see it click the “screen options” at the top of the page and check it in.

User customised products are not supported by default. You could achieve this manually by using Printful API to submit such orders with the files that your customers uploaded. Shipping rates and taxes only apply to synced products. If you implementation of customised products would be based on products that are synced in printful, then shipping and taxes would work fine.

Right now the plugin does not support translation using WordPress POT files. We will look into adding this in the future versions.

Our plugin currently is expected to override any tax rates provided by Woocommerce. So it is not a bug. But I see that for your case this is not the best possible behaviour and hopefully we will address this in future releases.

How did you add taxes for MA? If you already have some other solution for taxes, maybe you can just enable it for CA and NC as well, and disable the tax feature provided by the Printful plugin?

We checked your store Printful and shipping rates seem to work fine. I tested with product “Original Esper T”.

Maybe you tried with a product that is not configured on Printful side so no rates were returned. Rates are calculated only for products that are fully configured on Printful side.

Shipping rates plugin for lifeinapile.com actually seems to work. At least I could get rates for pillow – https://grab.by/RmbM
You might have tested it with products that were not synced on Printful side so no rates were returned. What products were in the cart?

Shipping rate radio buttons are not rendered correctly but this seems to be caused by the theme that is installed on the website.

Printful shipping plugin disables all other shipping methods for Printful products to prevent user from selecting rates that are different from Printful actual rates.
Do you want an option to disable this behaviour so that both Printful and non-Printful rates are returned for these products?

If you use Printful rate plugin, all default Woocommerce rates are disabled for Printful products.
You still can define Woocommerce rates for non-Printful products.
