Was reading the support topics and the one that says:

I currently installed the MailFrom II plug in and activate it. I followed the instruction but the email from the site is still appearing from username@box###.BlueHost.com instead of the email I have in the script.

is exactaly my problem, although the email address i am trying to send from DOES exist in my cpanel..
For the record this plugin worked for a very long time until it stopped working… Not sure if it was an update in the plugin or wordpress.

My friend, you were 100% correct. it was because i had a second in there linking the title to the pop-up image.

I removed the from the title, tested and verified that the image count went back to 15.

I then re-enabled the popup voting, and POOF, it works perfectly!

Your plugin is fantastic. Already, because we were able to implement this voting feature, this page has drawn more traffic to the site than any other page in the history of the site.

disabled the popup votes totally and although they are gone the popup count is still 30.. I’m not sure if this is due to your plugin, I’m thinking not, or NGG. I’m not using 2.0.0 either. back down to the previous 1.9.x version.

ok there seems to be some definite issues with the popup voting.

I disabled the popup voting on the very last photo in my gallery, and it still shows 30 pics instead of 15.. i was hoping it would only show 29, but whatever..

Additionally it lets you vote on both duplicate photos when in the popup, but it doesn’t average them.

I will be disabling the popup voting since i need to go live with this post.

If you would like me to recreate this error somewhere other than on my live site, please let me know.

I’ll let you know if disabling the popup votes makes the popup image count go back as it should be.

i should mention that the thumbnail gallery shows the correct 15 images. it’s just when i am in the popup that it shows i have 30 pics and when the next button is clicked it shows the same picture a second time.

For what it’s worth, this feature, if included in NextGen Galleries would have been awesome. I would have gladly have purchased the NextGen Pro package for the functionality!

I think Photocrati should “Acquire” the intellectual property rights of this plugin from Shauno and include this in future builds of the NextGen Galleries Pro plugin!

P.S. Although I have already purchased the Pro version of Shauno’s NextGen Galleries Voting Plugin, I do plan on purchasing the NextGen Galleries Pro plugin also… Just as soon as I implement my next gallery!

To any users who stumble across this post: WordPress is great, but we, the dev/user community, are even greater. Supporting the developers is the least us users can do to help ensure that development of wonderful and useful products such as these plugins continue to thrive!

unfortunately i have already uninstalled and downgraded, as i had a time sensitive project i need to go live with.

This review and response is obsolete now with the Pro version, correct?

Nope. I even switched it to something else and then back to shutter, no voting on the image popup.

Hey Shaun, i’m having problems getting the voting to show up when I click on a picture. I have the option checked for it to be there, but im not seeing it.

LOL, bro, im so frustrated with this…. LOL and it has nothign to do with your plugin… Actually it is ALL your plugin’s fault! LOL! since the ONLY reason i am using NextGen is to be able to use your plugin i am now downgrading to an older version of nextgen.. So irritated with that plugin.

I had to delete 2.0.0 and reinstall to be able to see “other options”, but when i did that it no longer uploads properly.. I’m tired of trouble shooting it so i’m just going to downgrade.

I think they needed to do a little more testing on 2.0.0 before they pushed it live.

I disabled Contact Form 7 and still have the issue of it creating galleries in the wrong directory.

i am having the same problem.. it is not putting a / after the galleries folder upon uploading. so wp-content/galleriessfs-clientpets-2013 is the path it is uploading to.. none of the rest of the plugin knows to look there. it is looking for everything in wp-content/galleries/sfs-clientpets-2013
