I fixed the problem. It was a plug-in! I de-activated the plug-in. All is good!

The most recent permalink structure is set at https://www.naas.org/scholarships/2016/04/sample-post/

However, some of the much older Posts may have relied upon a different permalink setting.

Archives Widget DOES DISPLAY, but links are revert back to the Customzr Theme at https://www.naas.org/scholarships/

The link you said was in error should have linked to:

[Note: This follows the Permalink structure the active theme is set at.]
There is no active permalink structure for https://www.naas.org/2016/02/; however, I think it should have at least displayed the monthly archives for 2016/02

DELETE ORIGINAL THEME (SMALL BIZ)
I am thinking that perhaps the original theme that correctly display the archives and then did not display the archives should be deleted and re-uploaded, and that may work.

The Scholarship Archives, which is a widget produced and developed for all WordPress themes, does not work with the Customizr theme.
