    Thanks for the pointer. I use Divi as my theme and if I use the Divi Builder editor, the text in the chat box does not wrap. However, if I use the default editor then all of the text wraps fine. I set up two different pages to test, one using the Divi editor and one using the default editor. I used the identical text and shortcode on each page. The one built with the default editor worked fine, while the one built with the Divi editor would not wrap the text. I’m not sure why this is happening, but just an FYI in case anyone else is using Divi as a theme and wants to use Divi Builder to edit a page that will contain the chatbot.

    Update: Apparently, the J-Shortcodes code removes the current version of JQuery (1.8.2) and replaces it with an old version (1.4.4) that is over two years old. In doing so, it runs the risk of rendering many plugins that rely on a newer version of JQuery inoperative, not to mention the fact that WordPress itself uses the newest version of JQuery. While it’s a good plugin to do what it does, without an update it will soon be causing too many related problems to be viable any longer.
