Hello @leo202006,
There is no direct integration with Outlook contacts. However, you can use the plugin’s extension, ‘Zapier Integration,’ to achieve this. It allows you to create custom automations that work with ProfileGrid triggers.
For more information on this extension, please visit the following link: https://profilegrid.co/extensions/profilegrid-zapier-integration/
For more information on the available triggers, check the link:?https://zapier.com/apps/profilegrid/integrations/microsoft-outlook

We checked the link you shared, and it shows an error on page. Please ensure that you have the latest versions of EventPrime, ProfileGrid, and the ProfileGrid EventPrime Integration Extension (V4.2) installed on your site.

Hello @leo202006,
You can select multiple newsletters lists for a group. Once you do this, the Newsletter tab on the profile page will display all those lists to the members of that group. Users will then be able to subscribe to or unsubscribe from multiple lists directly from this tab.
If you still face issues, We will need more information to provide the best possible solution. Please get in touch with us directly using this form.

Hi @johnslack,
Again, we completely understand that the feature is vital for your use case, and that it is also a quick requirement due to time constraints. What we can offer you is to further escalate the development and roll out the new version within next 2-3 days. I will hope that can work.
@intercommsa It’s great to hear that Forminator’s “add post” form works for your needs. If you need any further assistance regarding this, please let us know.
@intercommsa The plugin uses the default WordPress tags, so it should display correctly.
We understand your concern about not wanting to change the theme due to frequent updates. In this case, we recommend using a child theme. A child theme allows you to make customizations and modifications without affecting the original theme, which ensures that your changes are preserved even when the parent theme is updated. This approach is a good way to maintain your customizations while keeping the theme up-to-date.
Hello @leo202006,
You may use the “MailPoet Integration” extension which allow users to add/remove the newsletters from their profile.
After activating the extension, to enable the “MailPoet” newsletter in a profile, you need to activate the “Enable MailPoet” option and the “Enable MailPoet Tab” option. These settings can be found under “Group Options >> MailPoet” for a group. Once you enable this configuration, members of that group will see the “Newsletter” tab under the “Settings” tab on their profile page. For more information, please visit the link: https://profilegrid.co/extensions/profilegrid-mailpoet/
I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello @johnslack
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the limitation of using a single profile page template across multiple user groups. The good news is that our team has heard this feedback, and we are currently working on adding the ability to assign different profile page templates for different groups in an upcoming release. This update will make it easier for sites like yours that cater to varied user needs, such as suppliers and customers.
Additionally, we recognize the importance of clear, structured documentation. While reworking the documentation is a larger project that will take some time, we’re already in the process of improving it. We appreciate your suggestions on this front, and it’s something we’re taking seriously.
We’re grateful for your positive remarks about the registration page setup, our support team, and the overall feature set of ProfileGrid. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. We hope you’ll give us a chance to deliver these updates, and we’re confident they’ll meet your expectations.
