Hello @rosbiffer,
An administrator can remove a user from a group by editing the user profile in the dashboard. Additionally, a Group Manager or Administrator can remove a user from a group on the frontend using the “Advanced Group Manager” extension.
Users can hide their profile from the frontend by enabling the “Hide My Profile From Groups, Directories, and Search Results” option in the “Settings >> Privacy” section of their profile page. Alternatively, an administrator can configure this option from the dashboard by editing the user profile.

Hello @commontater,
You can choose specific mailing lists for a group in the group options, allowing group members to subscribe only to those lists. The ProfileGrid MailPoet integration works only with registered users on the site. Once user register on site, they can subscribe for a list mapped in group options.

Hello @commontater,
To enable the “MailPoet” newsletter in a profile, you need to activate the “Enable MailPoet” option and the “Enable MailPoet Tab” option. These settings can be found under “Group Options >> MailPoet” for a group. Once you enable this configuration, members of that group will see the “Newsletter” tab under the “Settings” tab on their profile page.
I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.
Hello @commontate,
You can disable blogs on user profiles by turning off the “Enable Blog” option under “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> User Blogs.” Then, you can hide the Blog tab on the profile page by going to “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Profile Tabs” in the dashboard.
You may connect to MailPoet using the free version, but please ensure that you have installed the plugin’s “MailPoet Integration” extension on your site.

Hello @shanepg,
You can use the login page from RegistrationMagic, which offers advanced features and analytics and is recommended in most cases. To configure this, set the “Use Login Form from” option to “RegistrationMagic” under “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings” in the dashboard.
However, the ProfileGrid Profile Page offers more features than RegistrationMagic’s profile page, so it is recommended to use the ProfileGrid Profile Page.
Once both plugins are activated, the ProfileGrid profile area will automatically replace RegistrationMagic’s profile area, although the URL will remain the same. This will occur unless you disable the ‘Disable ProfileGrid Frontend Profile’ option in ‘RegistrationMagic >> Global Settings -> Default Pages’ in the dashboard.
To redirect users to ProfileGrid’s profile page (changing the URL) after login, configure the page with ProfileGrid’s profile shortcode. Set this in the “After Login Redirect User to” option found under “RegistrationMagic >> Login Form >> Dashboard >> Redirects”.
For more information on integration, please visit the following link: https://profilegrid.co/profilegrid-registrationmagic-integration/
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you face any further issues.

Hello @sublimese,
The error indicates that the table ‘wp_promag_msg_conversation’ does not exist in your site’s database. The table may have been deleted or not created during plugin activation.
Please deactivate the plugin and then activate it again; this should create the missing table. If you continue to face issues, ensure you have enough space in your database or contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Due to lack of further response, we are closing this topic.

Please check our comments regarding your queries:
1) You can delete the duplicate fields created in group fields. Please follow these steps:
a) Log in to the WordPress dashboard and navigate to “ProfileGrid >> Groups” menu.
b) All groups will be listed here. Click on the “Group Registration Form” for the desired group.
c) You will then see the list of fields for that group. From here, you can edit, delete, or add fields.
2) You will need to manually assign multiple groups to those users.
I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.
