You can refer to the following steps to download the extensions from your account on our site:

1. Log in to your account on ProfileGrid website.
2. Click on the ‘View Details and Download’ link.
3. On the next page, you should see all the extensions available with your purchase.
4. Download and install them.

If you encounter any issues logging in, you can reset your password on the site.

This should help you with the problem. If you still face issues, please get in touch with us directly via our support portal since this issue is related to download of your extensions.

Please check our comments regarding  your queries:

1) The plugin works based on group structure, where each group is associated with an individual registration form. Once a user registers using the registration form, they become a member of that group based on the group type. A group can be open or closed. Closed group membership requires verification of the request by an administrator or group manager, while an open group allows users to join without any approval. You can hide the “Join Group” button on the group page by creating a custom template or applying custom CSS code.

You can also hide the “Leave Group” button by configuring the option from the dashboard.

2) The plugin provides the shortcode [profilegrid_user_blogs] to display blogs posted by users. Alternatively, you can use any other plugin to display these blog posts, as they are custom post types.

3) You can hide the “About” tab from the profile by disabling the tab in “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Profile Tabs”. If you want to hide any specific field under the “About” tab, you can configure this option in the field settings. You can also create a custom template for the profile page. The ProfileGrid extension “Custom Profile Tab” allows adding a custom profile tab on the user profile, which can be based on groups or individual users. It supports shortcodes from third-party plugins or custom HTML. To update the extension, you will need to delete the old version from your site and then install the new one using the downloaded file. Rest assured, deleting the old extension will not affect any data on your site.

We Did some further analysis on your site and noticed that you seem to be using a different plugin for registration and login workflows. To better assist you, could you please clarify the exact plugin you are using or if you have customizations you have in place? Reference screenshot attached here: registration.png

It’s possible that a specific parameter from these modifications is affecting the functionality and causing this count display issue.

This will help us identify the root cause and offer a suitable solution.

The website field allows you to insert the full site URL with http or https. Please ensure that you enter the complete site URL in the website field. If you continue to experience issues, please share the URL you are using so we can investigate and assist you.

To use the profilegrid_new_groupshortcode, you need to install the “Frontend Group Creator” extension. Please ensure that you have installed and activated this extension on your site.
