make ur number of cols=30

OK, I have installed the simple custom CSS plugin, now how do I use it? Where do I enter the below information you provided to me?

I apologize in advance, but I have never done anything like this before. Whoever set up the page did it before I took this position. Because I want nothing but the best for the agency, I took it upon myself to try and get things right with the website. Therefore, I do not know much.
