Stupid error – parent category deleted : all categories disappeared !!

Hello i just made a studid thing :
i try to optimised the database of my site with a plug in and it deleted the parent category ‘music’ of all my products

now all categories disappeared !! it says there are 6 categories but i can’t see them and if i click on a category it says :

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/dorba468/public_html/www.musicincloud.com/wp-content/themes/sommerce-child/woocommerce/shop/breadcrumb.php on line 55

and i can see in the link there is 2 // like if he was looking for the ‘music’ parent category to put in the url /music/….

how could i solve this ??? creating again the good categorie with phpmyadmin ? but where ? and how could i get the god id of it !!???

If anyone has an idea… i’m getting mad on this !! looks like i lost a lot of work if i can’t solve that… ?? ??
