Sorry for so late reply.
Our plugin don’t make any changes of code of a website!
As soon as plugin getting disabled, our ads get stopped.

More than 5000 sites already using our plugin and we never got any complaints related to getting unwanted ads.
The problems you described are more likely related on caching system or other ad networks you use on your site.

No, if you are using our official WordPress Plugin you don’t need to upload any additional PHP files to server.

Please update plugin. We’ve implemented this option in version 1.2.0.

We’ve just released version 1.1.0. Now ads wouldn’t be shown for logged in users with “Administrator” role. You can enable ads for admins again in plugin settings.
