I have tested the Redsys Payment Gateway with the Checkout Template of ShopEngine and have successfully been able to reproduce the issue. The redirection to the Redsys Payment Gateway is not happening for some reason.But, the case is been forwarded to the dev team for further evaluation. I hope a solution to this issue will be figured out very soon. Till then, please stay tuned with us!

I hope you’re doing fine and am sorry for the delay in responding.I really want to help you and solve the issue for you but we need more information on this matter. Can you please share the System Information of your site? You’ll find that by navigating to Tools > Site Health > Info section.
The System Information will help me to recreate the same environment as yours and the issue will become easier to reproduce. Thanks for sharing your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the ElementsKit Plugin.I’d like to inform you that we perform compatibility tests on a daily basis. If any issues come up during the test, we tried to fix that in no time and release that in the next update. Please be informed that I tested the components of ElementsKit that can display images, in my development environment and I’d like to assure you that everything is working fine there. What is appearing on the Editor is also showing on the Frontend.
I also would like to inform you that the Header Footer builder of ElementsKit replaces the Code in the Header and Footer file of your Theme with its own code. For that reason, you may face some issues on the Header or Footer of your site if you are using the ElementsKit Header Footer Builder. If you are not using the ElementsKit Header Footer Builder on your site, then you can keep that module disabled by going to the ElementsKit > Modules section. Hopefully, The issue will be resolved right after that!
None of the Threads created by the users goes unnoticed. We always try to resolve the issues of the users by giving them higher priority. But, what disappoints us a bit is without contacting us about the issue, you’ve rated us one star! A one-star review can directly affect the reputation. I hope you can understand.

On closer inspection, I noticed that the link that triggers the popup is not included there, and instead only javascript is mentioned there as a link. Since the issue is happening with a third-party plugin, we need to investigate the issue properly.
As per the regulations, you can’t share any kind of access on the www.ads-software.com platform. So, let me try to reproduce the issue in my development environment. You’ll be notified if there is any update for you.

I hope you’re doing fine and I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.Thanks for sharing the link. The Responsive Column controller has several logic to adjust the column as per the device resolution. If we try to adjust it using CSS, the solution might not be accurate.
So, Since that controller is not available in the ShopEngine Plugin right now, we have taken this as a feature request. I hope it will be added in the Future Update of the plugin so that users can adjust the Number of Columns for any breakpoints as per their needs.

I tested the components of ElementsKit that you mentioned in your review, on a completely updated environment and I’d like to assure you that everything is working fine there. I couldn’t be able to reproduce any issues there.
Each environment may consist of different themes and plugins. Maybe the problems you’ve experienced are a result of theme or Plugin conflict. Since there are so many plugins and Themes ut in the market, it is quite difficult to perform compatibility tests with each of them. But, if we can trace the conflict and our plugin has any involvement, we will definitely fix that issue as soon as possible.
Would you please create a new thread or support ticket and share the System Info(Tools > Site Health > Info) of your site? We will recreate the same environment and check everything accordingly. If we’re able to trace the issues, we will definitely try to provide a solution as soon as possible.
Among the issues you’ve mentioned, only one looks familiar which is the Responsiveness of the Table Widget. We have included a controller in the Table widget to make the Table responsive on every device. Until that controller is turned on, the Table will not appear responsively. You can check this screenshot for a better understanding.
I also would like to inform you that when you’re using the ElementKit plugin, a very minimal number of resources gets loaded on the frontend which barely can cause performance issue. So, requesting you to share the system info by creating a support thread so that we can examine it deeply and let you know an update as early as possible.
