    1) ElementsKit Plugin does use the jQuery library, which is available for WordPress.
    2) The Elementor Container support is included already with the ElementsKit. You can use the Elements of ElementsKit plugin with the Elementor Container. I hope you’ll not face any issues.

    Thanks for sharing the system info. Can you please confirm that the issue with the Megamenu is fixed after making the adjustments that I mentioned in my last response?

    You mentioned another query in your last response which is different than the previous one. Please find the response to your next query below-

    From the System Information you’ve shared, you shouldn’t face the loading issue with that server configuration. Maybe there is something else on your site that is preventing the Editor to work properly. Will you please check by running a plugin conflict test?

    To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect if there is any plugin that is causing the issue.

    Please be assured that we have tested the core features of ElementsKit on Strattic and no issues are found so far.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I clearly can understand the issue you are having. This issue usually happens due to inserting the Template version of the Form on the standalone page instead of inserting it inside the Editor area of MetForm. Kindly check this video and make sure you have inserted the Form inside the MetForm editor. In summary,

    – Drag and Drop the MetForm widget inside the Popup Editor.
    – Select the form you want to insert by clicking the Edit Form button on the left panel of the Editor.
    – Save the Changes.

    You will not face any issues after following the procedure mentioned above. But, If you need further assistance in this matter, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to assist you.

    I hope you’re doing fine. I’m very sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    I understood the issue properly. I have checked the default commenting feature of WordPress by logging in using Reddit and found that it is working properly. But, if the default commenting functionality gets replaced by the WPDiscuz plugin, the commenting is not happening properly.

    Maybe there is some configuration inside the WPDiscuz plugin that is preventing the commenting to work properly. Will you please check the configurations made inside the WPDiscuz plugin? You can also discuss with the WPDiscuz support regarding this matter.

    Also, if you can share the System Info of your site, that’ll be great. You can find that by navigating to Tools > Site Health > Info section. We will also investigate further and if there is anything we need to fix on our end, we will surely do that!

    I can understand the issue you’re having with. Would you please navigate to WP-Review > Settings > Display Settings and make sure that you’ve selected the Custom Post Type from the Enable Review For option? This needs to be configured in order to display the Reviews for Custom Post Types.

    I would like to inform you that the issue is fixed now in our development branch. We will release an update soon including the solution. Updating the plugin to its latest version will solve the issue.

    I hope you’re doing fine. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

    If you’ve applied the Transparency as per this video, then the Background of the Header should always display transparent.

    But, if the Header is still showing color in the background, it might be happening due to the Theme you’re using or any CSS conflict. Would you please check by switching the Theme to Hello Elementor first?

    If the issue persists even after that, then kindly inspect the Header From the Dev Tool of the Browser and check from where the Background color is coming. It will help you to identify easily.

    If you’re unable to identify, then kindly upload your site to a live server so that I can check and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

    I can understand that the Checkbox is not appearing even after keeping the Megamenu Module enabled. We previously found that issue due to not allowing the ElementsKit Post Types from Elementor.

    Please navigate to Elementor > Settings section and make sure that these three post types are checked. Clear the caches from your site and browser before checking.

    If the issue persists even after that, then please share the system information of your site. You will find that by navigating to Tools > Site Health > Info Tab. You can also hide any information that you’re not comfortable disclosing.

    Would you please share the System Information of your site so that we can review it further? You’ll find the System Information by going to Tools > Site Health > Info section.

    Glad to hear that the previous issue is resolved by purging the caches. Now, in order to display the Related Products in two columns, you can use the CSS code mentioned below.

    I hope you’re doing fine and I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    I’ve checked by changing the Position of the Shipping Method widget and have successfully been able to reproduce the issue in my development environment. It has already been forwarded to the dev team for further review. I hope it will be resolved very soon.

    Sometimes some bugs are pretty much hard to trace. Changing the position of a widget should not create any issue but somehow it did. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you had. We will try our best to solve it as soon as possible.
