Hi @vpparmar
Sorry for the delayed response. I have tested the form by placing it on multiple pages but couldn’t able to trace the issue you have mentioned. I also have checked the Debug log but couldn’t found any issue.
Since I am unable to trace the issue, could you let me know the steps to reproduce the issues?
Looking forward to your response.

In reply to: [ElementsKit Elementor Addons and Templates] Mailchimp added via APIHi @humananimal
According to Mailchimp, Double opt-in can only be enabled for Mailchimp signup forms. Since Mailchimp hasn’t enabled this option for the API, that is why the user will not receive any confirmation email after finishing the signup process through the API. They will be directly added to your Audience list as a Subscribed user. The API configuration is fully covered by Mailchimp and we don’t have any control over it. I hope you can understand the matter.
Let me know if you need any further assistance.

ProsenjitIn order to close the transition effect of the nav menu on the mobile version, Please copy the CSS code from below and paste it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.
@media (max-width: 767px){ .elementskit-menu-offcanvas-elements::before { -webkit-transition: none !important; transition: none !important; } } @media (max-width: 1024px){ .elementskit-navbar-nav-default.elementskit-menu-offcanvas-elements { -webkit-transition: none !important; transition: none !important; } }
The CSS code will remove the animation from your site. Let me know if that helps.

In reply to: [ElementsKit Elementor Addons and Templates] Header issue in mobileI have tested with the given CSS but couldn’t able to detect any issue. From your given video, seems the issue is more related to z-index. Please Check if you have applied any device specific z-index to the immediate next section of the header or any custom CSS media queries. Removing or reducing the z-index value can solve your issue. But without checking the issue from your end, it is bit difficult to provide you an optimal solution.
Let me know if that helps.

ProsenjitI can understand the issue you are having. You are not able to see them because the contents of the first column exceeded the standard window height. In order to solve the issue, you can use the CSS code given below. It will create a vertical scrolling bar so that you can see the rest of the contents by scrolling the Megamenu section. The sticky effect will also remain the same.
.elementskit-dropdown-menu-full_width .elementskit-megamenu-panel { max-height: 500px; overflow-x: auto; }
Let me know if you need any further assistance.

ProsenjitHi @selengs
Sorry for the delayed response. I can understand what you are looking for. You need to disable the Submenu Click Area option that will prevent your user to get redirected to the linked page. Please follow this screenshot and hopefully it will help you to solve your problem.
