I am not sure that I understand. Magic Action Box doesn’t send newsletters, it creates optin forms for your blog posts. If you want to send newsletters from WordPress you will need a plugin like Wysija.

Not sure what you mean by the sample newsletter either, as there is no sample newsletter.
