The source of this problem could be that the server where the OCDI is run does not allow external connections. Have you managed to solve this problem after that?

There could be different problems behind this, from server issues to issues in configuration. If you bought a premium theme I recommend reaching out to the theme support.

We are not using the Kirki in our themes, so I don’t know what could be the issue. And I cannot find time at the moment to check this out. I’ll leave this issue open and maybe someone else will chime in.
