Is there a way to get a copy that includes some sort of debugging for your team to look at? I’d be happy to help troubleshoot this as your plugin is much simpler and nicer than most other I’ve found—and I’ve been using WordPress since 2009.

In reply to: [Editorial Calendar] 3.8.1 Plugin broken since latest updateI can concur that the plugin broke on our site as well.

In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] Rewrite & Republish Pushing Draft Edits to Front-EndI just created a thread that might be related. I think the plugin is duplicating URLs instead of (properly) designating the new posts with a “-2” after the URL. Then WordPress takes the old post and goes to the new one immediately.
We’ve been seeing this particularly after hitting the Republish button, but perhaps the confusion happens early on Draft.

In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] no Republish button only updateI do know that you can only have one Republish (per article) occurring at any one time. Did you possibly have another one? Even if it’s in the Trash, you have to empty it before it lets you use the Republish function again.
Hope that helps.

In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] CHANGE THE ORIGINAL URLThe original should (clearly) not go to Draft. I believe this is related to my thread—since Wordlress seems to be confusing the URLs.
I go through in detail how it appears to function currently.
The “new” post should get a “-2” since it’s designed to replace content, not the URL. This keeps WordPress from confusing the original and future/Rescheduled posts.
We also have this exact problem of being forced to change our Facebook password (that 1% is getting larger) and have had to stop using this plugin for FB and Instagram—which is the entire point.
If we can’t figure this out, we’re going to just cancel it as it’s not helping us anymore (we’ve been using it for years with the Pro API).
I’m starting the manual FB approval process now…I on;y wish there were clear instructions on that to follow with respect to what EXACTLY is needed for this plugin to work.

In reply to: [Add Link to Facebook] [Plugin: Add Link to Facebook] bug of link to facebookI’m having the same “Only this user can access the settings” error and I read your other solution, however you give a line number (386) and I fear your information is now out of date (code lines have changed with plugin updates).
Can you please give a code snippet before/after so that we can know where to put the:
delete_option(c_al2fb_option_app_share);
line? I’m currently locked out of the settings until I can resolve this and I really love your plug-in.
PS. This may be a big issue for some with the recent recommendation to delete “Admin” users from WordPress installs.
