I updated like the plugin said and now enabling W3TC produces pages of garbled code until I refresh the page once (I’m assuming this caches it). on all my site pages

with what version of w3total cache u use the plugin?
I understand the problem is W3 Total Cache, if you install a old version of that plugin you will not have those issues.
I have a lot of ps4ux.com/click?h and adnetworkperformance.com/a/display.php?r=
