I’ve just not gone down this road at all yet with my more busy blogs. Any new ones I set up have the new version but hearing about the challenges others have, I’m not keen to take that step yet.

I have no incoming links showing at all on any blogs I’ve updated. Blogs with the earlier version do show incoming links so I’ve been reluctant to upgrade them.

Thanks Kichu. I never added that code in and it is an exact copy from YouTube so I can’t figure out why it’s done that. But I went back and copied the code again and now it’s working fine so thanks for suggesting that.

We’re having the same challenges here but can’t say the Changing File Permissions information has been helpful at all. The message we’re getting is:

Unable to create directory
/home/thomases/public_html/equus/wp-content/uploads/2007/07. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

So what are we supposed to be doing?

I’ve now fixed it by editing the css and narrowing the columns.

Ok, tried the begin and end wordpress but it’s not working – it has upset my Frontpage forms and won’t let them work ?? I’ll have to find another option it seems.

I managed to find a space with a div tag in the obar (left) panel but cannot find anything in the middle panel (index.php) or the right hand panel (sidebar.php) which would still cause the right hand panel to drop below the body in Internet Explorer. Does anyone else have any ideas please?

I followed the phpmyadmin and it worked – thanks so much for this. I inadvertently forgot to print out the info for my latest blog and had forgotten it all.

I think I’ve found them all but no success. I might have to go back to the original template and start rebuilding again ??

I noticed this week that all of mine are gone too – I have 10 blogs and not one of them have it there. And some are with earlier versions of WP.
